That’s why we offer custom packages – we can tailor our services so that they meet your precise requirements. Ad-hoc Support

At Bells IT Support we can offer ad-hoc contracts from £75 per month – labour rates are £60ph for on-site support and £35ph for remote support (exclusive of VAT).

As our client you will receive server & desktop monitoring, response SLAs, no call-out fees for non-emergencies, access to out-of-hours support, discounted rates for routine server & workstation updates and access to our tech support team for telephone, remote or on-site support. All this is on a monthly retainer contract basis. Alternatively, if you have a one off issue – call us and we will be able to help.
